This balm is made with organic olive oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, beeswax, and an infusion of arnica, spikenard, cayenne, cinnamon, clove, peppermint, menthol, and paprika for color

For myself I would not recommend as it was not effective for me, but my husband thought it worked for him So guess depends on your individual Nothing negative about product just not effective for my arthritic hands
